Let's see...

Zombie girl: boundless energy. Fueled by coffee. As far as anyone knows, she never sleeps. Relentless pursuer.
Creeper girl: surprise non-consensual hugs from behind only a hair away from requiring a call to the police.
Skeleton girl: bone-dry humour, stabbing wit that hits its mark from across the street.
Endergirl: Has some serious issues. Wants to be left alone, lashes out at anyone attempting to make contact. Hates rain.

And poor Steve, caught in the middle of all that.

Oh, and then there's these...

Spider girl: Gets really cranky if she doesn't get enough sleep. Don't disturb after 9 PM.
Husk girl: Zombie girl's cousin. Always steals his lunch.
Stray girl: is most likely homeless, but acts so frigid he's never really tried to find out more about her.
Blaze girl: Doesn't like to be touched. Probably tsundere.
Slime girl: Master of glomps. Has a little sister who imitates her but just ends up hugging a leg.

And then, in a bad part of town Steve doesn't like to visit...
Wither Skeleton girl: Huge bully who picks on him relentlessly.
Zombie Pigman girl: Doesn't seem like a bad person, but she always carries a switchblade, and is probably in some kind of gang.
Magma Cube girl: Slime Girl's cousin. Seems to be a bit meaner than Slime Girl, and her little sister carries uncomfortably pointy stuff in her pockets.

And, in Endergirl's home city...
Enderdragon: Adult woman. She really dislikes Steve, and, after a particularly bad encounter with Endergirl, phones Steve promising to whoop his as if he ever visits the town.
Shulker girl: a hopeless hikikomori who spends her days wrapped up in a big blanket that seems to contain a TV, a game console and probably a mini-fridge.
